For years, if not decades, the headlines have been building when it comes to how technology is impacting, influencing or even transforming different segments of the open market. Property technology (or, prop tech) is no exception, of course.
Arize is a company on the leading edge of such technology – and its useful application – to the marketplace. Recently, Arize has added a new, national sales director, as well.
Joel Sandoval is joining the executive team at Arize. His work will aid the company’s response to an increasing, seemingly sustained, market demand for smart-home technology (which will include new product launches).
Based in Anaheim, Joel is responsible for driving sales numbers, of course, while also reaching new markets and helping find solutions for real estate projects in several areas.
With more than 15 years of multifamily industry experience, Joel brings valuable experience to the department and an ability to deliver the best smart home solutions to Arize customers. Joel has a proven track record for developing and executing strategies to grow multifamily businesses while driving team performance.
“We are very excited to have Joel oversee the national sales division at Arize. Joel brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team that will be vital as the company continues to expand its solutions,” said Rick Goldberg, Vice President of Sales at Arize, in the news release.
Arize partners with Openpath to introduce advanced common area access control to multifamily communities across the country.
